Community Recovery Helpline

Queenslanders in home quarantine, because of COVID-19, and aren’t able to organise the delivery of essential food and medications through any other support, should contact the Community Recovery Hotline to assist.
Home Assist Secure

Home Assist Secure is a service for Queenslanders aged 60 years and over, or people of any age with a disability, who can’t perform or pay for critical home maintenance without assistance. Staff can also help with referrals to community support services e.g. cleaning services.

The Home Medicines Service

Provides support for people in self-isolation to order their PBS and RPBS prescriptions remotely and have their medicines home delivered at no cost.
