Understanding MS Fatigue

Fatigue is often reported as the most common symptom of MS. It is very hard to define and explain and even harder to measure and treat.

Learning how to manage fatigue is a slow process and the lifestyle changes involved take patience and perseverance. The combination of contributing factors means that fatigue levels can vary from day to day and even within the day.

This session will help explain Fatigue to family and friends so encourage them to join you!
