They are especially designed for individuals needing extra care and support to exercise safely and effectively.

A NeuroPhysio assessment is a pre-requisite before you first join a group.

We also offer training for carers and family members, to help you safely and effectively support and aid others in carrying out NeuroPhysio exercise routines.

Gentle Yoga Exercise Group

By popular demand Accredited Registered Yoga Instructor Debby Lewis will be facilitating a ‘Gentle Yoga Program’ at Dutton Park. Yoga was developed from the desire for greater self-understanding, personal freedom, health and long life.

The classes are based on a holistic approach that leads one to a harmonious life on a physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual level.

Gym Ball Exercise Group

This group facilitated by Samantha Starbuck, MS Queensland Senior Physiotherapist, is tailored for customers to suit individual needs to assist core stability, posture and balance important for mobility and functional tasks around the home and in the community.

The group will use the gym ball in a variety of postures to challenge core stability, flexibility, postural awareness and balance.
