Our specialised group classes may incorporate supervised clinical exercise programs, training in self-management techniques or a combination of these. Groups are tailored to address specific issues. They are fun, gentle, motivating and friendly. They are especially designed for individuals needing extra care and support to exercise safely and effectively.

A NeuroPhysio assessment is a pre-requisite before you first join a group.

We also offer training for carers and family members, to help you safely and effectively support and aid others in carrying out NeuroPhysio exercise routines.

 

Mat Exercise Group

This group facilitated by Samantha Starbuck, MS Queensland Senior Physiotherapist is tailored for customers to suit individual needs to assist conditioning muscles throughout the body.


With mat based exercises and stretches this program will assist you to improve all aspects of your daily living and improve confidence in the transition to and from the floor.

Pilates Mat Exercise Group

This group facilitated by Samantha Starbuck, MS Queensland Senior Physiotherapist is tailored for customers to suit individual needs to improve awareness of core control and to assist conditioning postural muscles. The class will transition through standing, seated and lying mat exercises.

Balance Group

This group facilitated by Samantha Starbuck, MS Queensland Senior Physiotherapist is tailored for customers to suit individual needs to improve safety and confidence at home and within the community.


This program will assist you to improve all aspects of your balance through circuits incorporating strength, high intensity training, core and functional exercises.

Gym & Aquatic Groups

These Groups aim to provide you with a safe environment to exercise in water and on land under the guidance of Senior Physiotherapist Natalie O’Donohue and Senior Exercise Therapist Terri Nicholson.

Gentle Yoga

By popular demand once again our wonderful Yoga Guru Debby Lewis will be
