From helping with our MS Moonlight Walk packs, to sending pens to our lottery ticket purchasers, Glenn has had a hand in most areas of our fundraising activities. Primarily, Glenn has been responsible for sending our handwritten thank you notes and birthday cards to our amazing supporters like you!
We have received some lovely responses from recipients of Glenn’s messages who send back their own note of thanks, and we pin these up on Glenn’s desk.
If you’ve received a handwritten thank you note or a birthday card, it is very likely it was written by our volunteer Glenn. We are so lucky to have him as part of the team at MS Queensland!
In early 2021, due to the pandemic, Glenn was made redundant from his workplace that he had spent the last 30 years of his life. Whilst looking to get back into the workforce, Glenn decided to donate some of his newfound spare time volunteering with MS Queensland. For the last two years Glenn has had a tremendous impact, and we couldn’t be more grateful for him.
