World MS Day 2022

World MS Day takes place every year to bring the global MS community together to share stories and raise awareness of the realities of what it’s like to live with multiple sclerosis (MS).

2022 World MS Day is the third year of the MS Connections theme, which is about connecting those living with MS to the community and quality care. Through inclusion and acceptance, MS Connections aims to tackle the social isolation and loneliness that can be experienced when living with a chronic condition.

In support of World MS Day, we have arranged various events and activities across both central and regional Queensland that you can take part in on Monday, May 30th 2022.

Accessible Outdoor Yoga

To bring people together after a disconnected year, MS Queensland has worked together with The Yoga Partnership anregional councils to host free and accessible, outdoor yoga throughout the state. All poses can be done seated or on a mat, making it accessible for all abilities.

Yoga sessions will take place leading up to and around Monday, 30th May 2022 so please check out the timetable below with links on how to register.
