The team were able to make her feel heard and understood. They were able speak to her about funding options and also connected Michelle to Cassandra, one of MS Queensland’s physiotherapists who conducted her NDIS physiotherapy assessment.
Despite being on a carer’s pension and having the additional responsibility of caring for my two young sons with additional needs, I knew that the potential cost of the NDIS physio assessment was worth it.
