In the past few weeks, Queensland’s south-east and Far North regions have faced a battering of wild weather. To those who were impacted, we sincerely hope you and your loved ones are safe.

As recovery efforts continue, we would like to highlight the available supports for our community.

The Australian Government Disaster Recovery Payment (AGDRP) provides one-off financial assistance to eligible Australians adversely affected by Tropical Cyclone Jasper and the by the South East Queensland severe storms and rainfall.

AGDRP is available for people who have:

  • been seriously injured.
  • have lost their homes or whose homes have been directly damaged.
  • whose major assets have been directly damaged.
