This inner Brisbane location features four (4) modern fully accessible apartments built for people living with high physical support needs. Smartly designed with private courtyard, undercover parking and accessible features, residents with love the location which is just a short distance to public transport and local shopping centres.

Do you have to have MS to get an apartment?

No. Any person living with high physical support needs who requires supported accommodation/improvements to their living arrangements is very welcome to speak with one of our expert team at MS Queensland.

What criteria must you meet to apply?

  • Over the age of 18
  • NDIS participant
  • Approved, or on the path of approval, for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
  • You are a person living with high physical support needs who requires supported accommodation

How much does it cost?

As an SDA tenant, you must pay a “reasonable rent contribution”, which is:

25% of your Disability Support Pension (or equivalent), plus 100% of your Commonwealth Rent Assistance

Our accommodation options are not limited to pension recipients. Please call us to discuss

*Subject to additional 25% of pension supplement, where received.  An independent rental assessment shall be undertaken
